The hotel was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, however the food in the restaurant was embarrassingly awful. We had pupusas and ceviche and they were both an embarrassment and completely disrespectful to a country known for pupusas

Wonderful stay I came with my family very calm and the people are very attentive I will definitely recommend this for family and single people they have a bar and restaurant the food was wonderful. I will definitely come back and stay here

Los empleados fueron muy amable pero me fallaron.
Dos problemas: 1. Yo estuvi en el segundo piso. De bajo en el restaurante, cada noche se oia musica fuerte que me hizo dificil dormir. Dos veces pedi la gerencia que la bajara pero la musica seguio al mismo nivel. 2. Yo pedi que me tocara la puerta a las 2:00 a.m. para despertarme para recoger mi vuelo proximo. No lo hizo. Afortunadamente yo estuve despierto ya por casualidad y cogi el vuelo a tiempo. Pero si yo no hubiera despierto yo habria dormido tarde y no cogeria el vuelo a tiempo.

La habitación no tenía ningún tipo de adorno, sólo paredes blancas, ningún tipo de comodidad, la TV no encendió, el baño demasiado pequeño, no tenía colgador de toallas, demasiado ruido en el pasillo por la madrugada de parte de los trabajadores, sólo tenía una pequeña ventana sin cortinas y permitía el paso de luz exterior toda la noche. Parecía un cuarto para personal de servicio y no para huéspedes
