Good location and excellent service
The hotel is located at the perfect spot. It is in La Gran Via just next to the mall and the multi plaza. It is a very safe area and you can walk around in the evening too. You will find fine restaurants and shops. I also found small gift shops at the mall and the multi plaza. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and nice. They have breakfast buffet. Not a big but nice enough. They provide pupusa of course.^^ I invited my friends for breakfast and they enjoyed. You just need to pay for your guests but the price is very reasonable. Over all, i really enjoyed my staying at the hotel. I will recommend this place to my friends.

The front desk’s staff needs to be more welcoming. I encountered a these young ladies not friendly at all. The way I they treat foreigners is different than what they treat Salvadorean people. Perhaps a conference in South Korea or Japan will benefit your employees. In South Korean All staff is very friendly, respectful and polite.

The only problem was they gave me the wrong room I have reserved a one bedroom one bed they gave me a two beds after going to the front desk for 3 days they changed
