About the room upgrade I didn't receive it, my room was on the 3rd floor and some of the the outlets were not working. It was a very busy business trip for me that I didn't have time to address it. What stands out to me during my stay is the Executive dinning room it is cozy, also the breakfast at the main restaurant is really good.
