Lied to then asked for $20 for late checkout.
Visited for an engagement party. I asked for a late checkout at 1pm like my friends received. I was told there was no way to have late checkout on a Sunday. Then was told I could pay $20 to have a late check out. Not very truthful.

The rooms remind me of small apartment in college. It’s very close to a lot of shopping centers. It was walking distance to in n out. Came in very clutch.

I payed 370$ and have no chance to use hot tub and pool, in the spa area were hundreds of people, and they obviously wasn’t from the hotel, I told that to the guy at the reception, he said sorry I can’t do anything about that. No dry towels at the pool, food and drinks at the spa area, disaster night in Hyatt for 370$/night
