Awful customer service. I was unable to make my scheduled reservation at resort due to tropical storm Sara. They would not let me move my reservation (even by a few days). Now I’m out of pocket over $1,200 and never got to see the resort or Belize!! Very poor business especially when other resorts in area were offering vouchers to customers due to tropical storm.

We stayed in an Ocean Front Suite (306) with an excellent sea view yet enough privacy with the trees. The suite is large, clean and comfortable despite a bit dated but anticipated for the area. Pool is small but reasonable size compared to properties in town. There’s not much “beach” in town. The hotel is at a prime location & occupies the nicest stretch of beach front. Relaxing in our balcony or sitting in beach front lounge chairs is great. The in house restaurant is of fair quality but nice to have a drink. Everything you need is within 5-15 minutes walking. If you are not going far to Secret Beach (2-2.5 hours round trip on a bumpy roads) etc, there’s no need to rent a golf cart. We highly recommend this hotel for its central location, super friendly staff and comfort, Caliente Restaurant for its food quality, price & services, Palapa Restaurant at the pier for a drink, and Inland Adventures for snorkeling tours (very flexible & excellent staff).

If you came to dive this is the best place to stay - close to Amigos Del Mar and smaller shops like Scuba School. Walking distance to shopping and food. No need for a golf cart during our trip. Staff & Security is so nice and helpful - housekeeping was also great. We will be returning

My family was born and raised in Belize. I honestly would never recommend San Pedro however to anyone. I find the people on the island and in the hotel to be a bit prejudice. My family and I were almost charged for a towel we never used and had police called on us as a result of this. I will always visit Belize 🇧🇿 my family’s county but would never visit this hotel or island again and do not recommend. PS- all the food on the island sucks and was overpriced (you are better off in Caye caulker or Belize city )!

I can't say anything "bad" about any of the staff I met and had an opportunity to speak with. Most of the people I met in San Pedro conversed in a very hospitable manner which is more than I can say about some of the people who live in the city I'm living in so that was very nice. But if I had any complaints regarding the hotel it would be that one of the pics gives the implication (at least to me it did) that it was on a beach when that is not true. there are no beaches really but that's something I should have researched more thoroughly before booking a trip to Belize. Great staff all around at this facility.
