First time to Belize, first time to San Pedro. While the property is cute , the rooms were very small and there was only a shared balcony for 7 guest rooms, with very limited seating outside of your room. The other guests were loud and all seemed to be smoking cigaretts, so the use of the "shared" veranda was only usable if you didn't mind second hand smoke. The neighbor's dog barked incessantly, all night long and this was not a restful place to stay. The host was gracious enough, and I'm sure there are travelers who wouldn't mind the smoky, loud and cramped quarters, but this was not for me. I'll do a better job of research next time, and I wish the owner well.

Stayed for just one night but great place in the heart of town. Great service, clean, all you need. Very walkable....just watch out for golf carts as there are WAY too many on the island.

This property was great. From the Host Chefy, with prompt service and amazing hospitality, to the cleanliness of the building, and location. Being footsteps away from the beach, and close to all the shops and restaurants.

Nos encantó! Estas a una cuadra del muelle de water taxi, a 2 cuadra de los mejores restaurantes, calle principal, y a media cuadra de dive shop Amigos del mar. Pero si no te gusta mucho el ruido, puede ser que esta no es la mejor opcion; pero consulta con la propiedad si te pueden dar opciones que no estes tan centrica.
