Lovely Apartment

Winter Gardens.We have two apartments two Three bedroom apartments sleeps 6 people ,This exciting development on Golf del Sur was completed in 2002, it features an all weather floodlit bowling green made to international standards. The apartment with 3 bedrooms is on the first floor, approached by either stairs or a lift, with a balcony which is south facing. On site there is a good sized swimming pool and children's pool adjoining. Two garages are available on the complex should you hire a car.
This complex is in a very quiet area with no more than 20 people using the sunbeds.
Out & about the region: Winter Gardens is approximately 15 minutes walk from San Blas Shops, Restaurants and live free entertainment. Near to the complex is an excellent Chinese restaurant, Tapas bar, very good fish restaurant and Irish bar. Something to suit everyone. A new marina is only 250 metres away. Situated at the nearby golf club is putting green, driving range and mini golf, there is also a tennis court. A short walk from San Blas is the fishing village called Los Abrigas where some of the finest seafood restaurants in Tenerife can be found. Because of the terrain this walk is only suitable in daylight. The nearest large beach is at El Medano about 4 miles away Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas is about 15 minutes drive away.
Beach towels available for 3 Euros per person but must be pre-booked.

Great location
The accommodation was ideal for 4 lady golfers. We were just a cross the road from Bistro27 ( brilliant )and Golden Bay Chinese restaurant ( very good). We had easy access to a walk overlooking the sea. John gave very detailed instructions and I felt I could chat if any queries.

Home from home
We (family of 5) have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks staying at 27 Winter gardens. Right from the moment we booked John the owner was fantastic with keeping in touch by phone and email. He gave us every detail that we needed to make our arrival at the apartment effortless, which after a flight delay was just what we needed. The apartment is huge and so well equipped that it really was a home from home. We loved that the large balcony looked out to the restaurants so you could sit out with an early morning cuppa and watch everything come to life. Similarly in the evening it was lovely, whether we had a meal in or out that we could sit out and be entertained by the music from the restaurants over the road. It wasn't so loud that it was imposing though. The on-site restaurant was lovely and very reasonable, it was very handy since our flight was late on arriving, we just popped along to the best buys supermarket to get some essentials for breakfast and then had dinner at the Rendezvous restaurant onsite. We enjoyed eating at Bistro 27 right across the street. If your going into Los Christiania there's a gem of a restaurant right on the beachfront. Find the Burgerking and keep walking a couple of restaurants up to Terraza Del Sol. Food, drink and service were excellent. The pool at the apartments was big and not too busy and we met some lovely people. It was nice to be able to watch some of the bowling too. Having teenagers with us it was fantastic that we could get WiFi for them too, as anyone with teenagers knows it would have been a major operation to prize their devices away for a whole 2 weeks, it was quick, easy and cheap to set this up at the bowling reception. We truly had a fantastic time and hope to return again. Thanks John and Edwina for allowing us to use your amazing apartment, it was just what we needed

Lovely spacious apartment
Stayed in this apartment for four nights. It's a real home from home and spotlessly clean. The balcony looks out onto the street which is great for people watching and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is a lot bigger than we anticipated and the area was nice and quiet of a night. All the instructions we were given in regards to picking up the key and use of the safe etc were spot on so everything went smoothly for our visit. Would defiantly recommend the complex, apartment and dealing with the owner John - thank you
