In the heart of Amarilla Golf Country Club & by the sea is Casa de Marina, the perfect location to enjoy the island of Tenerife. ☀️
This luxurious villa has a pool & outdoor shower, a balinese bed and sun beds as well as plenty outdoor space with a private garage. If that was not enough outdoor space, it has a balcony off the master bedroom plus a private rooftop with seating and views of the sea. Indoors the villa also has a large living room and separate games room.
This detached villa is brand new, and has only just entered the rental market.
Set in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing getaway from it all holiday, this villa is well appointed throughout.
The villa has air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave. There is a lovely cosy living room with sofa and two armchairs and satellite TV. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor, and shower room.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony, with steps to the private roof terrace.
There is also another bedroom with bunk beds, and a further double bedroom. These two bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
A fantastic addition to this villa is the basement which has a second living room with 3 sofas.
The private roof terrace is a wonderful feature of this villa.
Steps from the upstairs balcony lead up to the private terrace which has sun beds and magnificent panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.
