It comes with a spacious and luminous living room overlooking the walled garden, 3 double bedrooms (each one with a double bed and a single bed), corridor, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. You'll enjoy modern amenities like microwave, washing machine, Tv-Sat and two covered parking spaces.

Schöne Wohnung, zentrale Lage, großzügig geschnitten
Nach unserem Empfinden handelt es sich hier nicht um eine freistehende EFH-Villa, sondern eher um eine DHH-Hälfte, ebenerdig mit 2 Gärten. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität im Großen und Ganzen überein. Etwas was den Aufenthalt massiv verbessern würde, wären Fliegengitter. Durch die Bauweise ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr hoch, lüften wird jedoch mit unglaublich vielen Mücken „bestraft“. Unser Sohn hatte starke allergische Reaktionen am Ohr, ansonsten war es einfach sehr unangenehm. In der Wohnung waren mehrere Dinge nicht funktionsfähig. Es wurde von der Agentur aufgenommen, jedoch in unserem Aufenthalt nicht behoben. Alles in allem, die Erwartungen waren etwas anders, trotzdem würden wir aufgrund der Lage diese Wohnung wiederum Betracht ziehen.
