Guests can access the entire home except for the owner's closets located in the garage. The closet is locked. Besides that, the rest of the house is yours to use including the pool, backyard and garage!

Noise Limits
- Please review the City of San Marcos Noise Ordinance. If our policies are less strict than the City of San Marcos Noise Ordinance, the ordinance prevails.
- A good rule of thumb is, if you can hear noise while standing on the property line, it is too loud.
- No loud noise outside (above 75 dB) at any time
- Quiet hours 8pm-8am
- Inside noise limit is more lenient, but must be kept below 100 dB and follow the same rule of thumb outlined above. Noise may not be emitting from inside the property that would be heard outside the home on the property line.
- We utilize advanced noise detection equipment. Any notifications we receive regarding noise from the monitor will result in an automated warning sent as a text to the phone number on your reservation. A third occurrence will result in a phone call from our 24/7 noise monitoring service and a fourth occurrence will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
