Located in a quiet neighborhood, this 3/2 (1,664 sf) home has everything you need for a family getaway near the San Marcos River. There is a private master suite with a king bed and attached bathroom, guest bedroom with a queen bed, kids room with 2 twin trundle beds (beds convert to sleep 4), and a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a full kitchen, covered patio, and off-street parking.
The house is older but has been partially updated, keeping most of the original charm. The home is well-maintained, but we are responsive hosts if issues should arise.
Our home is walking distance to the San Marcos River (.1 miles), several restaurants, and Children's Park. Close to Texas State University and easy access to I-35. -City of San Marcos Short Term Rental Permit STR-24-04
