This is not the first time that we stay at this hotel however it is the first time that we had an experience. Since we arrived we noticed that there was homeless activity outside the hotel, something we had not seen before. We failed on save as we noticed a lot of people hanging out and around the parking lot.

Room had a very weird smell. Floors were not clean. Guest were drinking, blasting music in the parking lot. It did not feel like a safe environment being solo. Sheets had a small stain

The bathroom was not sufficiently clean when we arrived. The bathtub had hair. Otherwise the room was clean. The Trash can on each floor was overflowing on a regular basis and needed more frequent emptying. The kitchen was a definite positive. After two nights of noise above, the staff was able to move us to the 4th floor which was much appreciated. This was an economical no frills option that meet our needs.
