I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be quite average. While the hotel offers VIP benefits, you need to request them as they aren’t provided automatically. Some staff members at the front desk could use training to improve their friendliness and guest interaction. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was average and didn't particularly stand out. ---

The only hotel I will stay at when visiting SLP.
This hotel never disappoints. Excellent customer service from the moment you arrive starting with the porter who greets you and offers to take your bags. The front desk always makes it easy to check in and make you feel like the only guest there. This time around I forgot my toothpaste and they provided a kit. Rooms are always clean with fresh sheets and a lovely scent.
