Great location. Convenient to walk to boardwalk and shops. Room was comfortable and clean. Don’t let other reviews discourage you. This is a wonderful gem. Pismo is a beautiful town with cool weather and fun places to visit.Friendly helpful staff. Perfect place, staying here again for sure! Thank you

Location to the ocean was nice. Bed was very noisy, uncomfortable mattress. Heard squeaky bed upstairs and conversations Wall was very thin. we heard every conversation on the top floor. Could not turn on TV and blowdryer at the same time. Circuit breaker didn't work. so we could not use the light for the vanity, blowdryer and bathroom! Very disappointing

We had a great stay at the Sea Garden. Lovely owners. We had one concern that was dealt with quickly. Such a value!! Clean quiet room. Right in town. Walked everywhere. We will stay here again.

It was quiet and quaint but the room had no air conditioning and it was stuffy and hot when I got in there. There was a noisy old box fan that was much needed but it impacted my sleep. The mattress was stiff and so were the pillows. Too bad because it had an old school motel feel to it that I liked.

We would definitely consider staying again. The price was right. We were able to be comfortable enough for an overnight stay in our rather cramped room. We enjoyed the short walk to the pier and beach and good restaurants. The owners/managers are friendly and pleasant. That said, we noted a few things the management need to attend to. The oscillating fan was quite dirty. There was no heater anywhere. The frig has no freezer compartment. A towel rack or hook is needed by the sink. Curiously, there was plastic covering the smoke detector. We wondered if this was a means of keeping shower steam from setting it off. There is a hole in the "tile" at the upper left of the shower handle that we expect will cause water damage over time. It was a little disconcerting that the shadows of a person in the shower/toilet room were clearly visible from the parking lot when the light was on in the room, which felt like a lack of privacy.

Great location in Pismo, just a few blocks from the beach. Several fun dining options nearby. Room is decent and functional for our needs. Ice machine centrally located. Staff are helpful and welcoming.
