Due to the health concerns we want to let you know we do not have back to back reservations and there is a 24 hour vacancy between guests. Our cottage is nestled in our vineyard just 1 1/2 miles past J Lohrs Winery. We are just a few minutes away from Vina Robles amphitheater, the Paso Robles Horse Park and the Ravine Water Park. With Paso Robles having over 200 wineries you are just minutes from a variety of wonderful wine tasting. The cottage is a one Bedroom, one bath with a private entrance. We are less than 10 minutes from Down Town Paso Robles where there are exceptional restaurants and shopping.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Riverstar Vineyards and Winery. A water park is available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a fireplace and a patio in the cottage.

Not what I expected
When looking at the property online, it was described as a cottage. I was expecting maybe a small living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. I did not want to rent a studio because my friend and I can't share a room to sleep. This was no more than a studio at all.

Great long weekend stay
Ed and Paula’s place was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy the beautiful Paso area. We talked with Ed on a few occasions, he’s a super nice guy and gave lots of great suggestions on places to go. A close and good place for breakfast was Joe’s Diner at the airport, it’s only a mile or so down the road, great food for a good price. The place is all we needed: a place to sleep, a place to shower, had a fridge and microwave and a Keurig for morning coffee….plus there are vineyards right there on property as you drive through. We’d stay here again if it’s just the two of us coming back to Paso. Thanks Ed and Paula!

This is the place you’re searching for!!!
Amazing Hosts that show they care! Wonderful and serene property that is taken great care of! While there , you feel like you’re so far away from it all…. But when you’re done recharging …. I was in Paso Robles for a wedding. The Cozy Cottage was simply that...cozy! I didn't spend much time there, but after long days setting up for a wedding and then the wedding day, it was so nice to be able to lay my head down somewhere clean, quiet, and safe! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet the owners but if I'm ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay there again!

What better way to experience Paso Robles than to stay in a private cottage on the property of rolling vineyards. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were appreciated. Check-in and communication with the host was via text and seamless.

Great Property
Perfect little space for an overnight trip. Perfect location for wine tasting as there are a few wineries very close by. It's a little difficult to find the house in the evening so just drive slow and stay to the right at the fork in the road (otherwise you'll end up in someone else's driveway - don't ask me how I know). There is a small pond, a couple chickens and horses, a lot of rabbits ad squirrels adn the vineyards are beautiful. This room has no television which makes this property an A++++++ in my book.

We really enjoyed our stay. The green hills and clear air were wonderful. Serenading frogs in the evening were a nice touch! Host's Stella and Ed were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay, this is great!
