The room was disgusting. It smelled bad, there were black hairs all over the bathroom floor, there was a piece of cardboard covering something on the wall. I paid for 2 nights and left after the first night because it was so bad. There are lots of places to stay in SLO. This place should never be anyone’s choice. Sleep in your car before staying here.

The room was absolutely filthy Smoke alarm was not in use and wrapped in a plastic bag . The cleaning attempt was a joke and didn’t clean the areas that was asked. Food and dirt and sticky floors under the bed Pretty awful

This is a good motel. I liked the location easy access to hwy 101 and the firm bed. I would not use this property again for one reason. All of the bath towels are stained brown. Maybe it was a busy time and they ran out of towels and had to provide the old ones.

Our stay at Olive Tree Inn was not good. First room was dirty and in need of major renovation. The furniture, curtains, air conditioning unit and the sheets / bedding all needed immediate attention. That is not to mention other fixture like the lamp shade that was cracked highly visible with the light on. We were return customers, not again.
