Just OK
It’s a basic Vagabond Inn, no frills. We stayed in a room where we could hear the pipes hammering every time someone would use the water next door. We could hear it over night and early in the morning which really disrupted our sleep. I informed the office person about it early evening and he seemed to already be aware. He said he would have someone check on it. It continued the next day. We asked to move to another room, which they accommodated. The new room was on a different floor clear across the other side of the original room, but it didn’t make a difference as that room’s pipes were doing the same thing! They clearly have a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed. Other than that, it was fine.

It's just a motel.
Absolutely fine, but it is just The Vagabond Inn. Not really what I would call a VRBO. But it was clean and completely adequate.
