Great Location, impeccable property
Had the most amazing trip to SLO in the best VRBO I've rented. The big plus of the property is the location..walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The actual property is impeccable..everything updated and modern, each room is beautifully decorated, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, the backyard is gorgeous and perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The upstairs room is like it's own apartment..plenty of room if you needed more space..and a big screen TV upstairs that is perfect for an afternoon of movies and relaxing. We were able to rent movies using the Roku by accessing our Amazon account and it was simple. And Kurt was literally the perfect host..there when you needed him yet inconspicuous at the same time..Would have loved to spend more time with him actually! Thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be back.

Wonderful time in downtown SLO!
Super easy to find and great location for a stay in SLO. The owner was friendly and helpful and the property and house was clean and family friendly. We went for a wedding but we want to go back when we can spend more time hanging out in town and relaxing at the house, perhaps BBQ-ing and enjoying the koi and turtle in the pond.

Can't Wait to Come Back!
My family and I stayed in the Peach Street Bungalow for Thanksgiving. We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner outside by the waterfall/pond under the warmth of the heat lamps. Every amenity and more was there to meet our needs, and Kurt was beyond hospitable and wanted to ensure our weekend was very special. Downtown SLO was even closer than we had anticipated and there were several delicious wineries nearby. By far one of the most memorable Thanksgivings we've ever had. We highly recommend staying here, and we can't wait to come back!

Adorable house two blocks from the heart of SLO
A group of friends and I just stayed here for the weekend for a friends wedding and got lucky to of found this amazing house. This cute bungalow is close to downtown, which makes it idea if you like to using walking as your main source of transportation. If you plan on entertaining like we did for friends or family then you have struck gold. The kitchen is equiped with every pan, utensil and wine glass you can possible imagin not to mention a outdoor sitting area and beautiflul landscaped gardens. The beds were so comfty and the rooms are nicely decorated. If I had my way I would pack up my bags and move in. We had friends stay at a few other house listed and ours was by far the best, you cant beat the location.
