Lady at check in was rude. Got back late second night and key card didn’t work. Took a while to get ahold of someone to let me in. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Worst shower pressure I’ve ever experienced. Lots of noise from upstairs late at night and early morning. Late night noise from bar a few doors down. I won’t be back.

Awesome Place
We had an awesome time, even though it was brief and the hotel was comfortable and clean and very relaxing. Would highly recommend I would definitely stay there again. A big “thank you” to the staff who were awesome.

Pleasantly surprised!
They didn’t have a shower chair so we had to buy one, which we left for future guests that might need it. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it took forever to take a shower! The beds we’re comfortable, but the rollaway bed was not. It was a good thing that I had brought a bed topper because it made the rollaway good! In general, the hotel was clean and in good condition. All of our requests were taken care of, except the shower chair. We booked the room sight unseen based on the room rate which was important to us. We would definitely come back, but hope that shower is fixed!!

Wanted to like the hotel, but...disappointed.
We were really excited about being able to bring our dog to this establishment. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and when we got to the room, there was CARPET in the room that was covered in pee stains! It was awful. It smelled like establishment attempted to clean the stains and there was a musty smell left in the room. Seeing the numberous large urine stains was disconcerting to say the least. We were trying to make the best of it, but when I was in the powder room area, one of the front windows would not lock and was loosely sitting in the window frame. That was my last straw. I called the lobby, spoke to the attendant and told her I was VERY unhappy with the room because of the urine stains and window. I couldn't believe a hotel that catered to families with pets would have CARPET in the hotel room...and would rent a room that had obvious urine stains locate throughout the room! The lobby receptionish calmly told me no problem, they could move me to a room that didn't have carpeting. My thought was, why would you put a guest with pets in a carpeted room, knowing the risk pets can cause if they have an accident?...but, I was willing to give the hotel another chance because it was later in the day and we weren't about to start looking for another pet-friendly hotel if they could make the issue right by us. Luckily, we were put in another room that had laminated flooring throughout, windows closed and it was much-better suited to our stay.So disappointing! :(

The only issue that I had was there were people talking loudly around 3-4am, or parking lot, and we could hear it very clearly. I thought the hotel front desk staff mentioned that after 10pm, it should be quiet hours, unfortunately it wasn't very quiet. Other than that, everything else was good.

I'm not one to give five star reviews. I am picky about cleanliness, especially in the bathroom when it comes to mold. None found here. I appreciate that this location has a dog wash, and laundry families on site ($3 for a wash, $2 to dry - bring your own detergent recommended). These factors outweighed the lower than average water pressure in our bathroom. We will certainly be back.

Check in was a breeze and the clerk was very nice. We were impressed with the room from the moment we opened the door. The room was fully updated, plenty of working plugs for electronics, excellent refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and table actually had two chairs. The room size was exceptional. Everything in the bathroom and sink area was clean and in working order. Plenty of space and hangers for your clothing. Easy / short walk to the waterfront for shopping and restaurants. The staff was amazing and responsive.

great place to stay
This was a lovely room with an outside enclosed porch. very clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and nice. the room did need a bit of repainting but very comfortable.
