"Harry", the proprietor, is a really nice guy. The place is quiet and well located in Grover Beach. Only problem is the heating unit comes on very loud and intermittently throughout the night. They are nice enough to provide ear plugs, but a quieter unit or one where you could leave the fan always on would be better. Nice property and good people, though.

I love how it’s so close to the Amtrak station and the Oceano Dunes state beach. I also love how close it’s to bus #21 to Pismo Beach! I don’t like the road closures in both directions on West Grand Street due to construction. The bus does not stop on West Grand and north 6th Street due to street closure in both directions.

Beds were absolutely terrible light in bathroom kept turning off complained about it to management. They came in and said all you need to do is tap it. It’ll come back on so this is a known problem and they did not fix it. Really irritating showering in the dark.
