Stayed here in the past & it was ok. But now it’s not a good time to stay due to renovations. Very Noisy very early in the morning. The pool area is also under renovations so there is no access to the pool. There is a shuttle bus to another pool.

Undergoing renovations, will be great but not now.
Excellent location for coming and going to the airport. The hotel served its purpose for us, a late-night arrival with early departure to explore the rest of the island. It felt safe and had all of the important items (bed, bath, friendly and easy check-in). Rooms were run down, ragged, and bathroom was extremely small. However, all of this is being remedied as the hotel is experiencing a renovation (which we discovered at exactly 7 AM when jackhammering and debris sweeping woke us up). For us, not an issue since we check-ed out shortly after, but if you are looking for a quick stay hotel this is it. I'm certain once renovations are done all of the issues will be resolved.

I stayed here for a wedding and this was the hotel the happy couple chose for guests to stay in. The hotel lobby and restaurant were solid and so was the location as it is walking distance from the beach. The hotel itself is under construction. I woke up to very loud drilling noises. That same morning we found a roach in our room. I had to move rooms and was promised by the hotel that they would waive my resort fees but 2 weeks later and still haven’t received a refund.

Do not book this crappy hotel. They say they offer breakfast and then they day I went for brother said my room didn’t include breakfast. Then the pool was under renovation and their remedy is a shuttle to an off site pool. Then my room had balcony and the door was broken. Lastly I woke up with the entire rug wet from the rain during the night. Everything in the room and bathroom was outdated. Save yourself the headache. They ruined my vacation and they stole $245 from my account 3 days after I checked out and when I called they said this was a hotel fee. Don’t do it.

Properly has parking!!, which is a luxury in the area. Hotel is in renovation mode which means, room hallways have fresh paint smell, elevator has a strong grease smell other than that, it was a good night. Breakfast was excellent!!

Unfortunately due to construction, there is no useable pool on the premises contrary to the advertising on the hotel website. The substitution of a shuttle to use another facility's pool was not satisfactory, and we went to another hotel for the rest of our stay; the management was understanding and refunded the balance of our reservation. The staff were extremely courteous, and friendly, but we had booked our stay on the anticipation of using the pool, as we had on previous stays at this hotel.

El hotel en las fotos no es lo que publican está en remodelación por fuera, la piscina no tiene piscina en el goteo te llevan en buses a un club a 10min del hotel. No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto por 3 días reclamé todos los días y no lo limpiaban, problemas con el drenaje del hinodoro se inundó el baño. Traté de hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que llegaba a las 10:00 am . Dejé mi # teléfono para que me llamara nunca me llamó. Y el problema de limpieza no solo fue en mi cuarto porque teníamos 2 cuartos.yo no regresaría nunca más
