Lo bueno de la habitación es que tenía hermosa vista al mar, la televisión servía de lo más bien. Pero las observaciones que tuve son las siguientes: la cama de la habitación tenía mucho polvo, las cortinas blancas estaban muy sucias, difícil de abrir la puerta del balcón, muy vieja la radio que ponen al lado de la cama, el piso de la puerta de la ducha no sellaba bien y el piso de afuera se mojaba mucho, el ascensor a veces ni reaccionaba y teníamos que a veces usar las escaleras, una de las puertas automáticas del primer piso no funcionaba, cobran aparte el estacionamiento. No vale la pena pagar tanto por este tipo de servicios

We were not informed that rooms were under reno so we did get to choose a hotel side, great location, breakfast is not included in the crazy price hike ..for it to be a resort, none of the restaurants on our side of resort were open, they said we had access to room service but no where to order from. Overall nice place just need to visit once reno is completed

Only one elevator working. No restaurants in the hotel. Staff was excellent. The bar in the hotel was good, pina colladas where excellent but the other drinks weren't. Price ok. The outside pool bar was great but 2 drinks (pina colladas) where priced at 35 dollars, too pricey for me. We dined at the hotel across from el Condado the Hilton and the food was basic, but very pricey $112 for 2 guest.

The elevators were out of order for the entirety of our stay with us having to use the service elevator numerous times while traveling with senior citizens who cannot walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. Our balcony door came off its hinges about three days into our stay. Thankfully no one was severely hurt. The door came off its hinges due to the fixture being very rusted and loose. The laundry room coin machine didn’t work, and the soap machine didn’t work. Thankfully the hotel across the street allowed us to wash clothes there.

The location of this property is great. Near Old San Juan and just a few minutes from good restaurants in El Condado. The hotel is poorly maintained. I stayed for almost a week, and the main elevator did not work during that week. All the guests had to take the service elevators on each side of the building. Very inconvenient. There was a day when even those elevators did not work, and I had to use the stairs. The repair company never came during those days. Also, the TV in the rooms is analog! I couldn't believe that in 2024 I was looking at a TV with a 1990's look and resolution. What a throwback!

I love, love, loved the staff. You can tell they really love their job. The Hotel is very safe. There is always staff at the doors. One day a man was walking behind us without us even realizing and staff stop the guy right away. Staff followed him and the policy was called. This hotel is walking distance to Restaurants and Shopping. The hotel rooms can use a little upgrading but other than that I had a great stay.

The rooms were rundown need alot of updates, the lobby beautiful. The pool area old, omg and the beach need updating. But the hotel would be fabulous once it is updated, great location and view.

This is an iconic hotel on the island. But unfortunately the property needs maintenance pool area in unkept and very old with NO Maintenance. Looks like the place has not been touched since the 80’s lots of old and Moldy items. Outdoors need mayor renovation. You stay wont be great. It wont be terrible but just not good.
