Great location, great stay
The stay at the studio was just as described! It's super close to restaurants, bio bay, El Yunke and water taxis to neighboring islands. It was perfect for the day trips we wanted to take and great to come back to a beautiful view.

Lovely place in a beautiful area. Eunice is an excellent host who cares about the quality of your stay. This home has everything you need. Safe location with 24 hour secure parking garage and swimming pool. Easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing with wonderful views
Stayed a week for my partner’s 50th birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony watching the yachts and ferry come and go in the marina. Swam and sunbathed at the relaxing pool. Walked to local restaurants for great food and drinks and strolled along the water there and back. Truly beautiful location.

Overall a good stay
Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the view each morning whilst drinking our morning coffee. The condo was clean and might just need some upkeep. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the condo security. There is some feedback for the host. We were expecting to cook our dinners in the condo and i was disappointed with the lack of working knives, a cutting board, etc. There was one old plastic spatula. I would just recommend in providing some good cooking supplies, more than two trash bags, a broom or vacuum. Especially for those guests staying more than a couple of days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Million dollar view!
If you are staying in Fajardo this is a lovely place! Pretty much everything is available, reasonable space, comfy bed and access to a few good local restaurants -- highly recommend Racar as it is really local and reasonable. A little tough to find breakfast places nearby so be prepared to drive or cook at the condo on Tuesday and Wednesday. It's great to sit on the balcony and watch the harbor activity. The hostess is communicative and helpful and we found the condo to be a great place to spend time; the parking is also secure which is a bonus.

Week in Puerto Rico
Wife and I spent her 50th enjoying our first trip to Puerto Rico. We had an amazing time and this location is perfect to relax and enjoy some of the best things to do in Fajardo. Cozy studio for 2 people with great views. We will be back again soon.

Gorgeous Sunrises
Eunice was very responsive to messages. Apartment/Condo was definitely worth the cost. Cute decor. We loved having the doors open and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. We had the doors open the entire time. We always felt safe in this area. We walked to the nearby park several times at the end of the day after we had toured other areas of the island. If you are not an early riser you may not enjoy the garbage truck picking up the dumpster in the morning or the next door resort workers and the boat in the marina gearing up with supplies for the island in the morning. We were always awake before sunrise so the noise didn’t really bother us. I also recommend a higher profile vehicle. The road is very narrow coming and going from the area and vehicles do not always move over so you go off the road and your vehicle will drag on the side. We loved the condo and area but those are a few things that I feel others should know.

Great Stay!
This was our first visit to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed our stay in Fajardo! The room was nice, it had a great view and everythng we needed. In our opinion, if you stay here, you must rent a car. There are restaurants within walking distance, but that's it. The walk to the restaurant area at night was spooky to us because we've never been there before. The condo building is adjacent to the El Conquistador Resort, in fact the view you see from the room is their property. You can't visit their property, even though we did a couple of times before we were told we couldn't (I wish we could). Their property includes the road and parking lot directly in front of the condo building. We were on the go continuously during our visit; there was so much to see and do. We'd love to go back!

Perfect!
Description and fotos were en pointe. Apartment was well appointed and thought of every detail. Comfy, sunny and airy. We welcomed each day on the balcony and said our gnites there as well. Garage staff were attentive as well as in tune with security. Loved!
