Horrible service poor communication
The flight was canceled and i called the hotel to update them. I was told that everything was ok and that the hotel would be able to accommodate us. When i arrived, the syrup was flipped. Nothing. Not even the note that was supposed to be entered for my late check in.

Great location . On the beach and walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is outdated , very basic amenities. Friendly staff and it’s connected to a small cafe that served breakfast. Room was clean, lacked outlets and extra blankets. WiFi was terrible as well.

The hotel is very outdated, Expedia says that they provide breakfast and when we arrived they said there wasn't any breakfast included in the reservation, that it is a mistake what Expedia has on the website. The photos are not updated to what it looks right now. I stayed there for the weekend before Christmas 2024 and we did not like it. There was a security guard that seemed to follow us as we were walking into our room which scared us. The door lock's are broken and the room of one of our other friends did not even had one. The shower had hairs in the drainage, there were not curtesy water bottles. Very old hotel, has no view to the sea

Night of hell
The place was dirty not ready my plane was delayed I try to call to inform them no one answered it seems like my room was giving to someone and they put me in there. The bathroom had water on the floor I try to complain and he said we don’t have a room to change you, it was noisy I really want my money back. I will never book here again they told me I will get a 10% back and they never did. One of the service lady told me that room should’ve not been rent I don’t understand why they put you in there.

The room was not properly clean and there was sand on the floor. I ask to be clean and the staff sid they only clean once during your stay. The front desk clerk, stopped my check-in to fight with another customer.

Ummmm, not what I was expecting.
After checking in here my kids told me they hope I never online date….with that being said, our a/c was nice and cold. The room was quiet. Our check in person was polite. No parking on site.
