I called desk from nyc making sure my room was booked and she Sofia was nasty no customer service skills at all they didn’t clean much the lobby is cleaner then room beds are dented so uncomfortable and sheets weren’t changed

It could have been better
Upon entering, there were roaches crawling on the wall. That staff was friendly, but I was extremely uncomfortable, thereafter.

The liquor is trash the food is not too good it’s always cold the ice cream it’s always melted you wait 30 minutes to get a cup of water at the dining AC it’s not that good at the rooms and every time you want to do a reservation for a restaurant for some reason it’s always full even tho there’s not a lot of ppl at the resort
