Our overall stay was average. On the last night, there was a heavy rain overnight and water got to our room’s floor/tiles through windows/door. This unfortunately made moving around almost impossible without falling. We asked for wipes/towels but they were given to us an hour later, right before we were about to check out. On the positive side, the staff was responsive and we were told they would take care of the leak. Hopefully, the future guests won’t experience this.

This property had everything we needed for an overnight stay and it was located in a safe neighbourhood with in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were first class and very accommodating to our questions and requests.

I was very impressed by the cleaning and how accessible was to stay here, the staff were very polite and attentive. Very easy to check-in and check-out, easy to walk to places. We really liked our stay here at Rosalina.

Beautiful little boutique hotel, initially it seemed like our cab couldn't be taking us in the right direction,but popped right in front of the hotel. Room was spotless, 2 adorable pools. The street was noisy at all hours. Check in and hotel response was quick and efficient.

I have been to San Juan many times over the years. I stayed at Rosalina and it’s definitely one of my favorite spots in Ocean Park. The boutique guesthouse is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The two pools are a beautiful addition as many places do not offer pools in the area. The courtyard feels like a beautiful backyard. I stayed in unit 5 on the ground floor and loved everything. The room has everything you need. It’s pet friendly which came in handy when we found a puppy on the street. The staff was by far the best part. Jose was an incredible manager who really went above and beyond when I had a very confrontational experience with the puppy owner. He was kind helpful and protective. I felt incredibly safe both bc of the presence of staff and Jose but bc the entire space has cameras everywhere and as a solo traveler that was really so reassuring. Also having a physical key is safer than card entrance. There’s an outdoor shower as well so guests can stay as they wait to depart. The property is designed well and the rooms are a good size. I just loved everything and will definitely return.

I just love staying at Rosalina Ocean Park. This is my 3rd time staying there. It is quiet convenient parking, breakfast and dinner restaurants near by. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Love the coffee station too.

The main complaint was the bed extremely uncomfortable. The bed is wore out needs to be replaced. The tv did not have an antenna or cable only YouTube.

The room was good nothing too fancy but it was comfortable. Just the bathroom was too small. The glass where the shower is located, needs to be adjusted bc water leaks out in the bottom. I would come back BUT I would definitely stay at a bigger room lol. I truly appreciate Carla for setting up a birthday banner and some balloons for my wife. Great service. Thank you!!
