The bathroom sink when turned on has water spraying out on the wall. Your should think of longer shower curtains so the flies don’t get drenched. With no spare towels you can’t clean the water off the floor and reuse the towels. The living ceiling fan has a mind of its own. Lol The water pressure ave temp weren’t great. Over all I would stay there again. Safe and convenient. Made for a good, home away from home for after days. Small fixes would really make this an outstanding rental.

Location is excellent and your okay if you are spending night. If you have a flight coming or going. One night is okay but two or more nights is to much. The room is very basic.

Great location, easy booking. Nice and cozy, but be careful going in bathroom there is a step up that I hit my toe on every time I got up to use the restroom lol. Definitely recommend great pricing.

The first principle to understand about the property is that it is not an “actual hotel facility”, but rather a house that was converted for such purpose. The car parking issue is a true problem at this facility, because even though you don’t pay for parking, you are not guaranteed that you will find a parking space in front of the “hotel”. On the street in front of the facility, there are space to park, perhaps 5-6 cars; depending greatly of how cautious and nice are the people parking (ie do they park close to the next car or they leave too much space in between cars?). At times, I had to either go around the block or stand by waiting for a parking space to become open. Therefore, if you are driving or renting a car, that will be a true challenge. During my week stay, I never came in contact with an employee or executive of the facility. If u want to contact “someone” at the facility you need to do it by phone. Security, if you are in a room in the first floor is a security challenge because their balcony is completely open, even though they will claim that they are protected by two gates, (protected by a gate that u can open with your hands?) I am used that once I pay for the rental of a hotel, that I will get all the information to arrive and get into the facility (of course not the room number). But that does not work that way in this facility…. You will get the information u need within 24 hours of arrival. There is a toilet issue …. u will find out !!! Thank u

This property is more like an Airbnb than an actual hotel. There are zero amenities, but you get what you pay for. The room was small, but had a decent bed and bathroom. Would consider staying again, but wouldn’t be my go to.

We absolutely loved the location. This made our stay worth while. The apartment furnishing needs to improve a bit. The kitchen was scantly supplied. When we checked with the owners they told us to go next door and get some supplies from a common kitchen next door, but it also didn't have a lot of supplies. We were not able to connect to the WIFI in the apartment the entire trip so it was good that we were not there for work. Once again, we messaged the owner and tried to get the information needed to use the WIFI and eventually they stopped responding to my messages. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked nicely and the bathroom was well stocked. The down side of the location is that it is next to a busy street which results in a lot of honking cars that will disrupt your sleep. I do think our negative experiences might just be growing pains, I am not sure how long they have owned the property but hopefully things will improve as they grow their business.

The hotel was beautiful old historical absolutely gorgeous didn't like the slick floor when showering and then coming out of bathroom to get clothes was very slick needs a throw rug or something also wasn't hangers so we bought some but had to leave them behind no space the fridge was very small no room for leftovers also no microwave for leftovers but laundry machines were offered during certain times of the day I would stay there again but know what to expect this time
