I always stay at this location when I’m traveling in and out of San Juan as I’m in Puerto Rico quite often this location never disappoints it’s always clean check in is super easy and efficient. It’s located around Minnie restaurants. It makes things easy to get to.

This is one of those scenarios where you get what you pay for. The room was okay, appeared clean, and mostly average. The frustrating part of staying here was on Sunday morning around 8:00AM when a staff member started listening to their Sunday morning church services loudly outside of our window. Our room backed up to the laundry facilities and it appeared as if a worker was listening while they worked. Totally fine to listen to a church service on a Sunday. Maybe next time they could put headphones in or turn it down slightly? The noise continued until we checked out over an hour later. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location for shopping and museums, but musty, moldy smell in the suite. The smell lingered on all of my clothing, and my suitcase when i got home. I really liked being able to walk almost everywhere. Be aware that the rip tides at the nearby beach are strong and dangerous, while the beach, itself, is quite nice.

The bathroom sink when turned on has water spraying out on the wall. Your should think of longer shower curtains so the flies don’t get drenched. With no spare towels you can’t clean the water off the floor and reuse the towels. The living ceiling fan has a mind of its own. Lol The water pressure ave temp weren’t great. Over all I would stay there again. Safe and convenient. Made for a good, home away from home for after days. Small fixes would really make this an outstanding rental.

Location is excellent and your okay if you are spending night. If you have a flight coming or going. One night is okay but two or more nights is to much. The room is very basic.
