One Bedroom Spacious Apartment

Comfortable with the charm of Old San Juan. High beamed ceilings and large windows, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether a few nights or weeks.

Located in Fortaleza Street, easy walk to the port area if you are catching a cruise or the ferry to head to the Bacardi factory. Also close to the main parking lots if you are renting a car to explore the island. This Street is one of the main "arteries" so it's easy to drive in/out, catch a taxi or to be dropped off.

The building is steps from the best pizza place (Pirilos) and around the corner there's Manolin's, a very popular local restaurant. Likewise from so many other fantastic restaurants- iconic La Bombonera, chocolicious Casa Cortes, classic Spanish La Mallorquina and so many more, which is why San Juan is the gastronomical capital of the Caribbean!

Did you know Old San Juan has five Plazas? Come and discover them! Around Plaza de Armas, you have shops, places to eat, a Supermarket and pharmacies. You can sit and enjoy music, coffee, people watching and easily walk back to the apartment!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well kept and located building. Apartment is ample and tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home when you stay here. It's on the third floor, very well kept building with elevator and secure entrance. Also with laundry room. Living room has futon bed that sleeps two. It has a 32" flat screen tv and internet modem.

Windows face interior which makes the apt very quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Min. of three night stay (which certainly will not be enough!).

We look forward welcoming visitors and providing with information and suggestions to make thw most of their time here.

Puerto Rico has so much to offer and can be enjoyed year round.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and charming apartment, right in the heart of OSJ! Everything was exactly as described - and then some! There was coffee and creamer provided, lots of sunscreen and insect repellent - our hosts went over and above!Only two very minor things to mention - the key lock box is very difficult to open. And, if you are planning to do laundry - please have quarters with you - I do not remember the property description mentioning that - and as so few places now accept cash - they can be challenging to come by! Each load in the washer or dryer takes 8 quarters - we made numerous trips to the grocery store to collect quarters!Beyond that - a perfect stay - thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Close to all that Old San Juan has to offer. Quiet at night and a good place to recover from your days adventure. Place was clean and inviting. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely The Best Place To Stay in Old Town
The apartment was exactly as described on line. It was immaculately clean, well stocked with all the necessities you would need including fully stocked kitchen, bed was very comfortable and shower/water pressure was perfect. The building is very secure with elevator to third floor. Location was also excellent, very quiet, three blocks from Pier 4, multiple restaurants within easy walking distance, and close to both the historical forts. I highly recommend if your coming to San Juan to visit, you won't find a better place to stay for the price.

A Perfect Getaway
This is a wonderful little apartment in the heart of Old San Juan. It is a great location allowing the ability to walk anywhere you want to go in Old San Juan. Toby and Bren are great and answered any of our questions quickly. The apartment is pretty, and clean and very comfortable. We will definitely use this apartment again when visiting.

Downtown San Juan
We had a lovely time at this home in downtown San Juan. The home was spacious and decorated nicely. It included all that we needed for our stay. The air conditioning works great, the elevator was a huge plus, and it’s walkable to anything you may need. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect base for exploring Old San Juan!
My first visit to Puerto Rico, with my 16 year old daughter and her best friend. We picked this apartment for its location, and it did not disappoint! Right in the heart of Old San Juan, a supermarket around the corner, easy access to all the restaurants, bars, historic sites that Old San Juan has to offer. The girls shared the huge bedroom, I slept on the sofa-bed in the large open-plan kitchen/living room, which our lovely hostess Brenda had set up for me. the kitchen was very well equipped, and there was coffee etc ready for my morning needs! We loved being up on the 3rd floor, the whole town felt very safe to us at all times, but it was nice having the extra security of locked gate to the staircase, key needed for using elevator, etc. All round a great first visit! It was extra quiet as it's August, 'hurricane season', no cruise ships arriving, many flights cancelled as there was a storm passing through... Fortunately, we did not lose power or water, but Brenda had stopped by to provide us with extra batteries for the storm lamps, just in case - so thoughtful! We will be back!

We love staying at this property and have done so many times over the last few years. When we recently stayed there we left an ear bud there. The owners found it and promptly mailed it back to me. They did not have to do that. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything that we need. We will be back sooner rather than later.

Great spot right in old San Juan
This is a great place to stay in old San Juan. It's close to most everything and a couple blocks from the grocery store. The unit was stocked with enough pots and pans for cooked and a full size fridge. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but that may work for you. The unit is very spacious. The de-humidifier is a welcome addition to the living room and you have to dump out the water about once a day. AC worked really well.

Really nice and comfortable apartment with great access to all restaurants and shops in Old San Juan. We loved our stay here. The only issue was that we lost power for several hours two days in a row. All other buildings on our street had power except for ours. Not sure if there was something wrong with the power box feeding this building. I contacted Brenda when we lost power the first day. She offered to follow up with the utility company and call me back. I never received a call back.

The property is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The apartment was located in a safe and convenient location in Old San Juan. There were many shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store within a short walk. Also, there were a number of historic sites in the area, but still within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, had a comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. Everything worked out great during my short 3-day stay. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great accommodation in Old San Juan
This apartment is exceptionally well located, close to everything in Old San Juan. It is on the third floor, spacious, with easy elevator access. While hot during the day, the apartment was cool, even without using AC. The bathroom is modern and clean. There is a Smart TV which is convenient. We were successful in using it with our own Firestick. Of note, the apartment is very quiet, despite the location. We highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay on the most famous street in the city. Lots of great restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Of note, the apartment is very quiet, despite the location.
