I’ve never been to San Juan before and I don’t regret going and booking my trip at the Ola Boutique Hotel. The staff is amazing. The area is safe to walk around. And so many choices to food walking distance to the beach. Supermarket right across the street that is open 24 hours gas station right next to it I mean what else can you ask for?

Total disaster!!!
I asked for a refund and I was not given one. Hotel had no hot water in the unit I was staying in. The shower continued to get the outside walk area wet because the shower door didn’t close all the way.

One night stay in Miramar, Puerto Rico
The service is impeccable: they really strive to contribute and make a difference. The room we stayed at was small but comfortable. The security is good. The hotel has only been open for 6 months, so everything looks new. The only glitch we found was not enough hot water. I'll ask the staff about it when we check out today. We only stayed 1 night.

The Ola Boutique Hotel has a beautiful lobby. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was professional and accomodating when needed. There were some issues with the AC unit but they resolved the issue as soon as possible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will stay here again. The restaurants in the area and the supermarket across the street made it easy to walk to and from, no car needed.
