We are "ON THE BEACH," Not near the beach, Not across the road from the beach and Not a short walk to the beach, WE ARE ON THE BEACH!!
This studio condo is right on the beach and faces the Atlantic Ocean.
2 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and beach towels are provided.

The beautifully renovated unit, in mint condition, is in the premier tourist area of Condado Beach, also, known as the “Soho” of San Juan. The views are spectacular and this ‘home away from home’ is tastefully furnished with a King Size Pillow-top bed and comfy pillows for your comfort, along with a new 43" SMART TV to Stream your favorite programming.

Step outside onto your balcony and take endless "selfies," with the ocean as your backdrop. After all, you ARE located "ON THE BEACH!" Best of all, a wide balcony overlooks the ocean and features seating to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The sound of the surf will lull you to sleep each night.

Dreamy ocean views, about which songs are written, this beach front studio makes for a romantic honeymoon or peaceful beach front vacation. If paddle boarding, kayaking or wind surfing are more your speed, they are available at the nearby Condado Lagoon, which is within walking distance. If you choose to maintain your personal fitness routine, while on vacation, you will find a gym just around the corner.  

If sitting on the sand and gazing out at the surf is your preference, we provide 2 lightweight comfy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels and a cooler.

The surf can get rough, and there are no life guards…swim at your own risk. Always swim with a buddy and/or when the surf is calm.

Whether you rent a car or not, (Parking available upon request) you must check out the charms of historical Old San Juan, which is a short bus ride away and the bus stop is just down the street. You will discover works of art by local artisans and experience local cuisine, amidst the 500-year old architecture.

“El Condado” is known for its spectacular stretch of pristine white sandy beach. In addition to its splendid beaches, this location offers luxury hotels, fantastic bars & restaurants, boutiques, night spots and several casinos, all of which are within a short walking distance of the condo. More specifically, Condominium Stella Maris is right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort & Casino, La Concha Hotel, and neighbors to Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Mont Blanc, just to mention a few.

The nearest pool is located next door at the San Juan Marriott Resort. Day passes are available for $60 per day per person, which includes Fitness Room, Pool, and $20 credit towards food & beverage. Due to COVID-19, day passes have been suspended. Don’t worry, the ocean is always open...

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%, unless I am able to re-book their dates, in which case they will get back 100% of what they paid.

Pictures aren't enough!
We had an amazing time during our stay. Our host was kind and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The view was just as the pictures showed, but I must say... they just don't do enough justice! Beautiful...sums it all up!

Small piece of paradise
Awesome view, nice neighborhood, great guest, everything-you-need condo : we had a really nice time! The neighborhood has everything one needs within a 2 minutes walk (two 24h pharmacies/convenient stores just on the corner and many restaurants really close by). The ad is accurate: you are literally on the beach (and in the sky). We enjoyed some spectacular ocean sunrise and sunset without going further than the balcony. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen, the host also has some beach essentials which can come in handy :) We had an overall really nice experience! Thanks Tim, I already miss the serenity of this home in the sky and the vibrant life just around the corner!

A perfect location!
We absolutely loved staying at the condo! It was right on the beach, so it was super easy to run down and go for a quick swim. Additionally, falling asleep and waking up to the lull of the waves made the property so tranquil! It was also within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a couple of pharmacies! Old San Juan was only about 10 min by car. Also, the condo was very clean with lots of towels and beach equipment. Sitting on the patio overlooking the beach was the highlight of the trip for me:)

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was on the beach with breath taking views. It is a small and dated unit with essentials. The staff on site was second to none. The downside for us was the owner's micromanagement of his place. He seemed a nice man but for me on vacation, I didn't need or appreciate his presence .

Great Property and View
The property, location and view is exactly as described. Right at the beach and lots of restaurants and activities to walk to in the area. We feel safe in this property as they do great job to ensure the safety of the residents. We've been coming to San Juan for a few years and stay in this building and it never disappoints.

Wonderful Experience
What a fantastic place to stay and what an incredible view! Going to bed with and waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves was incredible. Tim was easy to work with and kept in touch with us up to our check-in and even after to help us sort some things out. The area is quite beautiful with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. You're also a quick ride away from Old San Juan.

The view is AMAZING!
The View was amazing! The ocean was beautiful and Powerful. This is a very trendy fun area on Condado beach. Lots of incredible restaurants fun places to visit beautiful sunshine wonderful drinks and fun dancing.

Have stayed at Stella maris multiple times.. second at this studio. Excellent!! View is amazing from the balcony. The beach chairs and beach towels are great to have as it would get$$ to rent them daily. Tim is easy to communicate with. And Jorge, as always, is so pleasant and friendly. No frills but all you need to enjoy Condado!! Looking forward to next year already!

We stayed here for a couple days to relax from the hard work of cruising . It’s right on the beach which had umbrellas and chairs to rent if you chose to. Great location with plenty to do around within walking distance

Good Value for the Money But Not Perfect
Here are the pros of this place: Great value compared to other options - Marriott next door was 4x the price Location was awesome - bars, restaurants, beach, CVS, etc. Ocean view - the balcony overlooking the beach was a favorite spot Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels Here are the downsides: Getting into the place was tricky with semi-confusing directions. Luckily, we've done a bunch of escape rooms and figured it out. The water pressure and temperature control were poor. It was either scalding or freezing and came out in a trickle. If you don't arrange for parking several weeks ahead, you will have to pay out the nose for local lots. That was my fault, though. Having said all that, we really enjoyed our stay because it was so reasonably priced. We made a joke of the water situation, and it gave me permission not to shave my legs. Tim was easy to work with, as well.
