I paid for a room a few weeks ago when I was in Puerto Rico for a same day booking but Expedia jumped the date to maybe today. I asked to cancel explaining would not even be in Puerto Rico but the room people or Expedia bothered replying. In future will think more than twice about using Expedia and Navona Studios well forget about themm

Phenomenal location, but that's all.
We can only ecco what other visitors have said. Bad communication form the owners, inconsistent policies and a room that feel more like a closet than a hotel or guest house room. Tankless water heater directly plugs into an electric outlet in the shower which is a real hazard. No Internet is available and the after hours phone number is not attended. For the one night we spent there it was fine. But would not recommend for extended stays.

I had a great experience staying at Navona Studio, it had great amenities, great cleanliness, great comfort enclosed proximity to attractions everything. I wanted to see while vacationing.
