Because I reserved through online, they gave me the worst room down stairs. I had many luggage’s and the sad thing was they had available rooms on the first and other floors which I can use elevator and nice rooms upstairs. But they gave me down stairs it’s hard use the stairs with my luggage’s.

A peaceful retreat in a vibrant city
The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building right in the centre of vibrant Old San Juan. It is ideally located to explore the old city, and the El Morro and San Cristobal castles. There are bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away.

La Terraza is one of my favorite places to stay in Old San Juan. It’s a boutique style hotel and so close/convenient to everything. The pool was great and the breakfast was phenomenal. We love staying here. See you again soon!

Not what we expected...
The internet and tv weren't working. The shower floor was dirty. At least the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were going to stay for 8 nights and decided to change hotels after just 2. We hope they fix the little details that aren't working.

Very nice and cozy stay, street parking is tough, but most places around are walkable. Staff was very friendly, and personable. Ubers were always close by and the food around the area was absolutely delusions. There are vouchers given for breakfast, other amenities such as the pool, and rooftop were very nice! Would definitely stay again!
