Arrived at property after a horrendous day flying to be told that they did not have our booking. After 2.5 hrs waiting in the lobby/bar we were shuffled off to a different hotel. Whether it was the hotel or Expedia that messed up we were treated terribly. There were 9 of us traveling from Arizona and we had booked and paid 5 months previously. To be told that they had no record of our reservation was unacceptable.

Not worth the money. Got in a 6pm room was not ready and once they gave us a room there was NO SAFE in the room! We had to wait until management came and reviewed our room (that took an hour and half). Finally got a safe. Then we were able to go out. Next day breakfast was so busy and couldn’t keep up with the food. Facility was a mess. Clearly they need more staff. Room didn’t have wash cloths in room. Pool bar outside didn’t offer diet soda either. And…heads up there are other fees attached when staying in PR (like over $50 more fees). Location is perfect, near casino and Tmobile district. Great restaurants nearby (walkable). Would NOT stay again.

It’s a beautiful property not far from old town or the airport. We enjoyed our stay and also the convenient transportation to and from the old town and nearby beaches.

Mala experiencia. Pagué por habitación con 2 camas,me ubicaron en una habitación de 1 cama. Solicité cambio de habitación o cambio a otro hotel pero el personal poco profesional en customer service no brindó ninguna solución. Tuvimos que utilizar el sofa cama que disminuia el área para caminar y yo con una bota ortopedica con limitación para ambular. Tratamos de llamar en la noche a recepción pero el telefono del cuarto y del pasillo no tenian el cordón y no comunicaban por lo que tuve que bajar para hablar con el encargado. Cuando le comenté sobre los telefonos contestó ". pasan cosas extrañas" y no brindó ninguna solución En la mañana el teléfono del pasillo tenia el cordón pero verifiqué varias veces en la noche y no lo tenia (preocupante en una situación de seguridad). Por último el colchón de la cama estaba en malas condiciones(hundido y desnivelado) por lo que tuvieron que dormir con los pies hacia el cabezal de la cama y aun así toda la noche se pasaron resbalandose. Una noche fatal.

We arrived at 4:30pm to check in. Was told our room was not ready and had to sit in the lobby and wait. Finally at 6:40 and only after re-approaching the desk staff we were allowed into our room. Very disappointing.
