One of our rooms was nice, but the other one had a musky smell that they tried to coverup with a overly powerful chemical to the point that I had to prop my door open to air it out.

There was a roach in my room when I called they said they were booked out and there was nothing to do. They called back saying i had 2 booking which I should not have. By this point our sleepy meds kicked in and not coherent enough to move since they said they didn't have rooms to begin with. The guy said come down for an adjustment on our bill. At check out the desk guy laughed and inquired about the breed of roach it was. When I stated that it was not funny he had me get in another line to check out to say they aren't going to adjust the room price. They girl says she would comp off our food charges, to find out she didn't even do that. I'm disgusted with the amount of dust in the room, the roach l, the disregard, and laughing at the situation, than to lie and not do any compensation after already trying to double charge me is disgusting and dishonest as company

We love the hotel; very clean, family-friendly, and the perfect location to go anywhere in San Juan. The pool was nice, fun, and clean. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! I will stay again in this hotel.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to several key places in San Juan and a very nice complementary breakfast. Walkable to the Distrito T-mobile facility, the casino and a number of restaurants. Parking was very convenient. It has a very nice water park for children. My only issue was with housekeeping. They were inconsistent with the thoroughness of their cleaning. One day they made the bed, but didn't vacuum and there were visible crumbs all over the carpet. Another day, they didn't come at all, so trash wasn't taken out and dirty dishes from breakfast were still there.
