We really enjoyed our stay here! The entire staff was great, the location is convenient for anything you want to do in the San Juan area, and Isla Verde beach is just at the end of the road!!

Was unaware a $100 deposit per room was required. My family and I arrived at 4am. the Frontdesk took 1/2 hr to check us in. At check in I was also informed a deposit was needed, in cash to receive the deposit back the same day.

Nice place

The room was clean, have a nice bathroom ,the front desk personal was amazing, friendly, and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and it’s was about 5 min walk to the beach, good places to and if you like small and not to crowded I would recommend you choose them and it didn’t cost much.

Worth Staying Especially if You're Out and About

Hotel was close to everything. The beach an easy walk right down the street. Restaurants, bars, and shopping were also walking accessible. Check-in was easy. Was a little surprised to get a key as opposed to a key card. Walking into the room, it was a little smaller than expected as well as older but not old in the sense that it was a turn off. Stayed with family and would certainly stay with family here again. Outdoor spaces to sit and relax which we did. The rooms didn't have a microwave but there was a community one available in the lobby along with the mini bar. Prices were fair for the mini bar which we utilized several times during our stay. They do rent cars at the hotel and if you rent from them then you could receive shuttle service. We didn't rent from them but the shuttle service would have certainly been helpful and convenient if we did.

Everything was great except jet noise in the morning, which they have no control Very nice small hotel, a block from Two beautiful beaches At half the price of fancy hotels on the water And those hotels are glad to serve you a mojito at the beach bar just like you were staying there
