The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable just the way I like it. Staff was courteous. They needed to restock the water for sale there at the "bar". This is a quaint and cozy hotel with plenty of relaxing outdoor patio chairs and space. There is noise from the airplanes taking off, but didnt really notice when sleeping.

took long time to check in, despite room being prepaid. We were first in-lime, just took a long time typing information into the computer. Had to pay $100 fo potential incidental expenses. Charges to be reimbursed after ~5 days. Staff was friendly.

My kids loves the pool that was great to stay at the night before leaving Puerto Rico very close to the airport. Since we stay in Aguadila, this makes sense to leave from san juan.
