Gorgeous Property
Gorgeous hotel, would love to stay there again! The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! A nice touch was the bottle of wine welcoming us to Puerto Rico. They also had a wine and cheese happy hour.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were on the soft side. The water in the shower didn’t have a lot of pressure and it didn’t heat up too much.

Being a former convent converted to a hotel gave it a unique vibe. Loved the daily wine and cheese happy hour, pool/hot tub, and the AC and wifi worked well. Everything was tidy and clean, excellent Old Town location you could walk everywhere. Staff was responsive.

In an attempt to keep the hotel looking old, they don't fix certain things that should be fixed. The employees are very nice and friendly , but my room was never serviced before three pm.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. All spoke very good English. Beds were excellent. Loved the charm of an old building turned into a modern hotel. Nice hot shower. Staff responded promptly to any request. Location was great for walking anywhere in Old San Juan.

Our stay was exceptional. Even though we were redirected to another hotel the first night, the hotel staff made sure we were probably taking care of. Hotel is super charming, the staff is very helpful, and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. A special mention to Antonio at the reception for going above and beyond.

Very Nice Stay
The location was perfect - right in the heart of Old San Juan. The history associated with this hotel was so interesting! They offered an historic tour of the facility, along with wine and cheese each evening. The restaurant was great! The staff was so kind. Our only complaint was that we couldn't quite get the air conditioner to a comfortable temperature.
