I thought there would be some type of breakfast for the money they charged but nothing was offered. Everything at the little shop was over priced. The room was good and clean and the staff very pleasant.

Crumbling ceiling tiles and bucket to catch water on the staircase, therefore steps were wet and slippery. Ceiling debris on the steps. No coffee maker in room, although, The girls at reception desk were very helpful and professional and very nice. Didn't like that on top of the room fee, that there was a $250 refundable deposit in case we damaged the room.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
THE ROOM WAS OK BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEGINNING WITH THE GUARD WAS TERRIBLE. THEY DON'T HAVE SERVICE IN THE POOLSIDE OR FOOD AND THET DO NOT ALLOW TO BRING OUR OWN...HAVE TO ORDER AND BRIG THE FOOD FOOD OR DRINKS AT THE TOP OF THE HILL

Theres a great coffee shop and a super friendly attendant there. The gym is the best gym I've seen in a hotel. They have power by generator so you never lose ac.
