It’s a beautiful hotel. Location was great, staff was friendly. The only thing the hotel needs some updating. It looks a little old and worn out especially the bathroom tub area.

Although that we paid resort fee the room never was cleaned. Spot of Urine on the toilet, air vents black and dirty ( mold ) Rusty corners of doors bed and bathroom Terrible smell like unclean bedsheets It was terrible experience

Just next to the beach. Peaceful and safe. Breakfast options are same all days. Some changeup will help. Dinner options in the restaurant are minimal. Menu items can be added and prices reduced a bit to encourage in-hotel dining. Rooms are clean, but need some upgrades. Overall good place to stay for a few nights.

The beach is private but dirty with nature stuff. Not cleaned or groomed. Pool is dirty with moss or mold. Not enough lounge chairs, so want u to rent them for $10. No activities. Want to rent u tubes for the pool for $10. Game room and golf under renovation. Charge for the car each day. Not worth staying here. Not Hilton quality.

The location is very convenient and pleasant. While the front desk staff and housekeeping provided excellent service, the hospitality of some staff members at the breakfast and evening reception fell short of expectations. The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, as they were the same each day.
