Awful,.., It's sad to see such a rundown hotel. We got sick from inhaling what it appeared to be bug spray in our room. The smell was overwhelming. The furniture was old and torn. Those rooms are in need of renovation ASAP. There was hair in the bathroom walls, floor, tub etc… There were no lamps in the sitting area. Just a dim ceiling light.

This property is old and run down. We had to leave because we felt so gross with the furniture, the rug, the bathroom was beyond gross, the pool was old. The staff was welcoming and helpful- people aren’t to blame for the poor decisions made by corporate to not invest.

I was a little disappointed this Hotel can have a great potential. I feel part of my review is due to staff if they get the right management, the place will be so much better. I found a couple of stuff people got enjoying their job, especially the Man at the pool bar and also the man at the indoor bar when happy hour begains! We decided to have dinner in the hotel lobby area and the waitress was so rude. I feel that they were fed up with tourist The rooms were a little outdated and the hotel seems like it needs some help. I got overcharged on some things. The free breakfast was a sad case I spent two weeks for Christmas vacation with my family I’m so disappointed they’re not tourist friendly at all.

Rooms could use a facelift, but overall it was an amazing week! The staff is amazing, the food and on property restaurant optio s were really great. There was plenty to do between the beach, bowling, pool tables and ho-carts (extra $ of course). We did end up renting a car as it was farther out from San Juan and the excursions we booked than expected. That was actually an added bonus as we got to see more of the local culture than we would have otherwise. Great stay!
