Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or a small family. Relax with the beautiful scenery of the beach or enjoy morning walks looking at the sunrise while smelling the breeze of the ocean.
4.5 stars studio recently renovated taking recommendations of our previous guests; that despite those observations always gave us great reviews!! More photos to come. Thanks to all of our guests that visited us and made us a Premier Host.

Great Choice!
Great view, cozy study, great location. From here, it's so easy to get anywhere. It's an easy, quick drive to anywhere. A 24-hour supermarket is just across the avenue. Plenty of places to eat all around. Walk out the back of the building onto the beach. Easy parking!The host was wonderful and quick to respond to messages. I recommend this study apartment property.

The Grinch Rosa
This experience been a nightmare Rosa has yelled screamed and called me out my name. She even text me accusing me of smoking in which case i dont even smoke. Rosa spot is the ghettos from the arrival to the end it was all hell. No internet for 2 days. On the 3 day i finally got the interent to work after Rosa basically saying she doest care. I wouldn't recommend this place or Rosa level of Customer Service to anyone.

Comfortable condo by the beach
The apartment was clean and comfortable, host was very responsive and accommodating, and the beach was literally steps away. The building itself can benefit from TOC and updates, but overall it is safe and well-located.

Eveything was lovely
This was a nice studio for two people close to market and restaurants as well as direct access to beach. The only issue was the tv that wasnt working when we got there but got replaced right away. Also the stove was not working but we managed.

Fun trip to Puerto Rico
The apartment was nice and was perfect for three of us. It is located at a scary intersection, so we were always nervous getting in and out of the gate with our car, but it always worked out. The access to the beach was great and it was a beautiful spot. Plenty of parking spots. Less than 1/4 mile from a 24/7 store and about a dozen restaurants which we enjoyed.

My children and i had a great time. There is parking for your rental if needed, the beach is your backyard, and there is plenty of places within walking distance for food and shopping. The studio was comfortable nice cold AC, netflix, domino's to play. Host was very nice and answered my questions fast if i needed anything.

First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

Condo was as advertised and just right for 2 people. Room was clean and comfortable, but for us, the beach access was the clincher! Step through the locked gate, and you are immediately on one of the most beautiful natural beaches ever! Highly recommended!

Condo was really nice
The condo was nice perfect for a couple. The AC worked really well! It was very clean and had everything you need with a grocery store right across the street. The private access to the beach was a plus! The parking is first come first serve but we always had a spot available. The condo next door is being remodeled and that was horrible we had to leave during the entire day because it was so loud and vibrates the whole condo.Probably shouldn’t rent while next door is under construction!The elevator is really sketchy and was broke one day.we mostly took the 7 flights of stairs but that got exhausting. The stairwell is open to the outside so one day it was raining and windy and we woke up to an inch deep of water covering the ENTIRE condos floor. We used the towels and mop to clean it up and Rosa sent someone to bring new towels. So be aware if the rain is blowing this is a possibility! Also even though it’s a beach property make sure not to bring sand into the condo. One of the demands is no sand in condo if you want your security deposit back. There is an outside shower area. My husband and I didn’t swim just walked on the beach and still tracked sand and needed to sweep several times.The building is old and run down but Overall the condo itself is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The property owner communicated well with me. The room was neat and conducive for rest and quiet times. The beach is nearby and you are within walking distance from the grocery store and restaurants.
