The room was filthy, dirty, one of the days they didn’t have any breakfast, they said they did not receive the order and the hotel was packed. Aren’t you supposed to have everything on point? The bathroom tub was clogged had to turn on and off shower to keep water draining, no iron, limited towels. Will not stay there again.

Perfect location, just minutes away in Uber from old San Juan and la placita area. Close to beaches as well. Staff are friendly and hotel was very clean. Quiet area as well.

The staff was friendly, didn’t have small wash towels. Walking strip in walking distance. The breakfast is what really got me upset it was just bread, bagels and coffee. They also had cereal (corn flakes).we were disappointed by that. Room could have been cleaner .

Parking is hard to get, breakfast is basically breads and coffee, last year they had good breakfast, facilities looks run down. It’s good for 1-2 nights. Staff is very helpful and friendly but hotel is near laggon and also smells weird all around area.

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The beach was near and plenty of places to eat and enjoy night life nearby with transportation.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This past visit, the hotel has taken a turn. The tub was clogged, the bathroom floor dirty, there were no extra towels, and the parking card did not work the first day. The hotel continues to be in an awesome location and has a lot of potential, but management needs to put a better effort in the details.
