Overall the hotel was location and amenities with easy access to Condado beach was remarkably awesome. Front desk, restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room service needs a bit improvement in cleaning up bathroom. Mostly only bed was made.

Lovely property in very walkable location. Great place to stay if beaches are not main interest as the coastline is rocky in Condado. The pool and pool bar, views from rooms, management and staff are amazing! The beds and crisp linens are divine! Conveniently close to Old San Juan, too.

This was kid free vacation for my husband and I and it was nice that this resort is adult only. It made for a very relaxing trip. Walking through the resort, we were always greeted by any employee we passed. Overall a great experience.

Tried to charge me mini bar items I did not take
The hotel amenities are ok, we didn't spend too much time at the hotel so didn't get to use it much. But I just can't get over the fact they tried to sneaky charge me things I did not consume. I got a credit card charge the day AFTER I left, so I emailed them to clarify what that was. They sent me a folio saying the charge was for a Tito's from mini bar, I responded right away that I did not take anything from the mini bar and got no response afterwards. A couple days later, I noticed the time stamp on the folio was after I left the hotel, I was already at Vieques at that time. So I followed up with them pointing that out, they responded almost immediately apologetically about the mistake and confirmed the refund. Should I not notice the time stamp, I doubt they'll ever respond to me or take any actions. It's just so petty for a luxury hotel to try to impose charges that do not exist after the ridiculous price they already charge. I'll never go back.

Enjoyed my time there. It was quiet when I was there which I liked but on the weekend when I went back (for dinner at their restaurant) there was more of a party vibe at the pool. The hotel is on the ocean but not a beach- the waves are too strong with too many boulders to go inside the water, but it was peaceful nonetheless. The pool overlooks the ocean so that was a plus.
