This is a fun and funky hotel in a great location for walking around Old San Juan. But it’s quirky. If you like quirky, you’ll be happy here. I was frustrated by the water in the room not getting very hot. On the other hand, the rooftop is a special place.

Can't park in the street, but they had a parking validation that i didn't knew about until after check out. They use only 1 garage, so check with them when you check in, Before you park

Excellent location, near to everything. The hotel has two rooftops with two different vibes and views. We love the decoration and the rooms are very spacious and confortable.

The hotel is nice decorated, quiet and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I had is unstable water supply during the first morning shower. The water stopped for about 10 minutes. I had to wipe myself with some shampoo still on my hair, and then returned for the second shower when water was back.

When I initially was given a room the room was in poor condition. After talking to the hotel staff they were very nice and accommodating in changing our room. The room we were moved to lived up to our standards and matched the great reviews we look at when making our hotel choice!!

You can't use the tv because they are using a system that block you to use Netflix, YouTube. Technically you can't use the internet on the tv. Some lights are broke up
