The apartment is located on the second floor. All guests will access the entire apartment and public shared areas within the building.

Adjacent to this space is the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for any culinary adventure. Featuring stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinet space, this kitchen is a dream for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to an intimate dinner party.
Each of the two bedrooms is thoughtfully crafted to provide a serene retreat. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the charming second bedroom enjoys convenient access to its own well-appointed bathroom. Embrace the ultimate coastal lifestyle in this elegant and inviting home!
One parking is provided for one vehicle within the condominium.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
