Unfortunately the room although clean, they need an UPDATE. Huge problem are the BEDS. They are uncomfortable. We could feel the wires in our back. Horrible. Having said that, check in was fast and customer service was excellent.

The hotel was decent and overall we enjoyed our stay. I didn’t like that there were extremely limited places to eat, like literally one place open on a weekday evening. Also didn’t like that they charged us $38.50 late check-out for checking out at 12:00 instead of 11:30. Most tourist locations understand. Oh & the pool is only 3 feet deep womp womp

The pool is beautiful. You can walk from the pool to the beach. Everything is very clean and works well. What I really loved about this property is its people, its workers, they are all very kind and polite people, especially VICTOR, he is at the reception, he is a very kind, attentive person, with a vocation for service, his treatment, attention and concern for everything is incredible, it has been a long time since I received such dedicated, kind, dedicated and diligent attention, you feel that he truly loves his job. I requested a special decoration for my husband's birthday and it was more than I expected, decoration, balloons, cake, confetti, roses, rose petals, card with a note, bottle of champagne, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much.
