Very nice property and close to airport. Free parking and a shuttle to the airport. Adjacent to a brand new multi story mall with tons of stores and a food court. Perfect for a stay before a flight the next day.

Loved the property but check in process was everything but seamless despite completing registration and payment prior to arrival. Smoking sections should be clearly marked so you’re not chased around by security.

Some hiccups without the best service
The room smelled like smoke and a fire alarm went off when we were in bed. We had to evacuate. Apparently it had happened 3x that week. It didn’t seem like anyone cared or even took the time to reassure us so we could sleep.

Would not book with Expedia for this place they charged us a night even after showing I had pre paid for our stay. We thought it was a hold for incidents, but when we went back down to ask he said I never paid I showed the recipient confirmation and bank statement and he said it wasn’t paid. Still waiting from a response with Expedia to get a refund on the pre paid part. But I wouldn’t recommend customer service here is terrible, bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were extremely noisy.

Excelente, el hotel muy limpio, bueno y muy buena ubicacion. El buffet de deaayuno es muy bueno y variado. Me encanto la comidad del city mall en la misma area. Lo unico malo fue la programacion del Tv, es lo unico que deben mejorar.
