Airport shuttle wasn’t available at the time I needed it, so had to take an Uber to catch my flight. Shower only had one temperature which was scalding. But very clean, updated, and the employees were wonderful.

average, nothing special. 1 elevator not working, hot tea was terrible, bed was atrocious; very uncomfortable. Noisy from trolley & breakfast was meh. They need new, comfortable beds and updated bedding. Also, name brand tea & coffee would be a good idea. Everything was so bland and the bed was painfully uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, their airport transfer vehicle is a mini-van (holds 2 - 3 people) and it was already booked so we had to pay for an Uber. The front desk staff apologized about the inconvenience. We chose this hotel because it said airport transfer was included. Very disappointed at this lack of service. Will not stay here again.

Close to the airport. Many hotel choices near by.
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Bathroom faucet and door are strangely set-up. A few ants in the bathroom as well. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices.
