Our last day we woke up to bugs in the bed looks like little mini cockroaches. Also, my son went to take a shower and a cockroach came out of the drain. It ran out of the shower and into the bedroom under the bed when I went to tell the front desk, the lady looked at me as if how dare I say something and just said I am so sorry and that was it.

At the San Jose location there is a woman at guest services that clearly should not be there. I have stayed at this location many times and staff is always friendly. She is very rude and abrubt and she made me feel like i didnt know what was going on.

Very clean, quick check in/out, and just looked above what the price was. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips to the area. I was in town for a 49ers game. This hotel is a good distance away. I took the train and it was about a 30min ride.
