Perfect as a near airport hotel. Using the shuttle was easy, hotel was clean, food was good, staff were wonderful. The down side, it is on a busy road and we heard the traffic all night.

The staff couldn't be more accommodating and the manager, Leda was especially helpful. We were delayed at LAX and missed our flight because of the wildfires. We arrived on a later flight to SJO and missed our Saturday night reservation. The staff fed and took care of us - amazing!!!

This hotel is only 6 minutes away from the airport. They have shuttle service! Their employees are awesome! Great buffet, traditional Costa Rica food! I would stay again! Alajuela is in the middle of everything!
