Worst place ever. They key card will not work the next day you have to comeback to the lobby and tell them about the cards so they re put the card system for it to work again. I stayed for 7 days i ask the frint desk if someone can clean are room and they said we get a free cleaning every 2 weeks if you stayed less than that they will charge you. Theres like cockroaches in the restroom,,kitchen,bed. If you cancel the room theres a 1 day fee and more charges. Worst stay ever i regret for paying $900 for this 7 days staying there.
Very dirty- hallways smell like urine and other strong smoke of a certain substance Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot doing drugs. Screaming inside of one room and loud inappropriate noises coming out of another Felt very unsafe for me and my daughter. The only positive was that the staff was nice and helpful
Staff were amicable. Quick check in / check out. Room was clean, little musty. Shower needs some TLC. Located in a fairly decent place with access to amenities and stores within few min drive. Plenty of parking in the lot, secured by gate.
Where do I start... The only good thing at this hotel was the front desk stuff. They were super polite and apologetic of the hotel's condition. It seems this hotel caters to homeless population that stays there long-term. Why they also rent out the rooms to guests daily is beyond me. We initially paid for 5 nights as we needed the accommodation in the area but ran away the very next morning. That there was garbage strewn out in the coridors and bad smell in the hallway was, I thought, tolerable. But our room (#146) had foul smell, like garbage, and it did not go away even after airing it out. Shower barely got warm and the noise was intolerable: it continued through the night and there was also something going off at 1am right in front of our room in the hallway. I was terrified. I've rarely had such bad experience. The nail in the coffin was two cockroaches that were roaming in our living room in the morning so we ran away almost screaming vowing never to return. This hotel needs help!
