Disgusting
This place was disgusting. It was dirty and tired and the pictures were not representative of the property. It smelled bad and the furniture was filthy, as if a homeless person had slept on the couch. The neighborhood is one of the worst in town, and not safe.

Dirty and Innacurate Description
This was by far the dirtiest rental I have ever been in. It looked like nothing was cleaned at all from a previous renter. There were flies in the room, and multiple live and dead spiders and spiderwebs all over the house and floor. There was no soap in the bathrooms and no garbage bags. There was a bucket of old lobster and crab shells outside which made it stink so bad. There was also broken glass from a bottle outside. The yard was unusable. I will be contacting VRBO because there is no way this was cleaned before our arrival and we are charged a cleaning fee… for what?! We took photos for proof as well. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Not sanitary or kid friendly at all for a 10 month old, 1 year old, and 3 year old. The house is not cared for and pictures on the VRBO site our outdated and not accurate. There were stains on the walls, furniture, and dirty handprints in the bathroom. The king size bed advertised on the website was actually two twin beds put together. I can keep going, but ugh, if I could give zero stars I would. The only good thing about this place was the smart lock worked, Netflix was set up, and it was close to our relatives house where we stayed majority of the time due to the uncleanliness of this rental.

The yard was unusable - grass and weeds knee high. House is not well kept...window shades falling off, mold in kitchen sink, dead plants, no glasswear? Strange to host a rental and have the house so unkept, unwelcoming and dirty.

Adequate for a short trip
This house is new to being used for a vacation or short term rental. That being said it was a comfortable but spares accommodations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Lots of living space. The kitchen is not well equipped for more than a small group of 4 or less. It was great that they offered an instapot, coffee pot for a family that cooks but the location of the home offers anything you could want for shopping or food in 10 minutes or less. 15 minute ride to the airport made pick up of family easy. The issue we expressed concern over to the owners was addressed quickly and they communicate kindly and quickly. We spent almost 2 weeks over Christmas in this house with 7 adults and a 5 year old and not quite 1 year old. We were looking to cook for most of our trip and that required us to provide more items for the kitchen and to make our personal needs met.
