Next to the property construction is present and we were able to hear planes. Wasnt able to sleep in . The chaos was waking us up. Not enough chairs at the pool area for guests. Breakfast was terrible and too expensive . Not safe around area . Far to all the attractions

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton as a Gold Card member. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. 1. Lengthy Check-in Process: The check-in process took an unacceptable 90 minutes, causing significant inconvenience after a long journey. 2. Room Allocation Issue: Despite my reservation, the rooms I had requested were not provided. 3. Lack of Information on Member Benefits: As a Gold Card member, I was entitled to complimentary breakfast and Hilton credit, but these benefits were not communicated to me during my stay. 4. Poor Customer Service: The overall customer service was disappointing and unresponsive. 5. Room Maintenance Issues: The phone in the room was not functional, requiring me to walk to the reception twice to report the issue. 6. Unsanitary Bathroom Conditions: To my shock, the bathroom had cockroaches. This was unacceptable and left me questioning the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. This experience was deeply frustrating and not reflective of the quality or service I expect from Hilton. I trust that you will address these serious concerns promptly to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

Over all everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and like a hidden resort kind of. It was very quiet up until the weekend. One night someone had a party and they played loud music until 10-12 at night. Eventually I fell asleep but it was a little annoying because I prefer a quiet stay. Then the next day someone has another party by the pool and the music was loud but at least it stopped around 5 pm I think. The real big downside was the pool was not heated like the website says. Water was way too chilly for me to swim but my 10 year old managed for a little while. Hot tub was great and large but apparently broke down over the weekend. Pool and hot tub is what I go to a hotel for, so it was a downer. Have some restaurants with in 2 minute walk and Mc Donald’s is a short 10 minute walk with a Mall that wasn’t that great but did have some other food choices. Over all stay was great and I would stay again only if the pool was heated, so I guess I would have to choose another place and confirm that the pool is heated. I give it 8 out of 10.

Large room and comfortable bed, perfect for our purpose of being close to the airport to fly out the next day. The airport shuttle is hourly starting at 5am. Highly recommended.
