Beautiful property
We stopped here for a night before an early flight. The property is very pretty and the swim up bar was my primary reason for picking the property but it ended up being too cold to get in! Staff was great, there was a leak in our sink it poured onto the floor and the beds weren’t super soft. Unfortunately we were next to a room where the neighbor was on his phone all night on speaker and I was unable to sleep so if your sensitive to noises you may wanna think twice there was a lot of outside/people noises.

Very nice property with a good sized pool. The property was beatifully decorated for the holidays. My room was clean and generously sized. The staff are all very friendly, sweet, and professional..especially Daykell in reception. I would definitely stay here again! breakfast buffet was very good

When we lived here 45 years ago, this was the best hotel in town. This time we spent a night at the start and another at the end of our trip. Overall the facilities and the staff were great. The furniture in our rooms was chipped a little. The food in the restaurant was mediocre, the two times we tried it.

This hotel has a resort like appeal, thanks to the tropical weather of the region. There is greenery everywhere and the landscaping is exquisite. The pool and the hot tub are conveniently located and our back door opened to them. The staff is cooperative, and they arranged an early 4:00 AM drive to the airport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree Hotel.
